These terms govern your use of the J-ONE Hotel & Lodge website and your bookings. By using this site or making a reservation, you agree to these terms.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once the hotel has confirmed availability and, where applicable, payment has been processed successfully. You will receive a confirmation with a booking reference.

Rates and payment

Rates are shown per night in Nigerian Naira (₦). Final amounts, including any applicable taxes or charges, are confirmed at the time of booking.

Availability

Room availability is confirmed by the hotel at booking. If a room becomes unavailable, you will be offered an alternative or a full refund of any payment made.

Conduct

Guests are expected to comply with house rules. The hotel reserves the right to decline or end a stay in the event of unreasonable behaviour.

Liability

The hotel is not liable for loss, damage or injury beyond that required by law. Valuables should be secured appropriately.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at your time of booking applies.
