How refunds are processed at J-ONE Hotel & Lodge.

Eligible refunds

Refunds are issued where a booking is cancelled in line with our Cancellation Policy, or where availability cannot be honoured by the hotel.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Refunds paid by card online are typically processed within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
